National Day to be Commemorated at Atoll Level in Maungoodhoo

Maungoodhoo has been selected to commemorate this day at the atoll level, which is included in this year's budget and work plan of Sh. Atoll Council, by the unanimous decision of the 13 members present at the 104th session of the 4th term of the Miladhunmadulu Uthuruburi Atoll Council held on August 8, 2024. The Atoll Council made this decision as Maungoodhoo was the only island that expressed interest with a proper proposal when the opportunity was opened to the entire atoll.
